AlphaTauri confirms Gasly staying for 2021

Pierre Gasly will not be headed to Red Bull in 2021 after AlphaTauri confirmed they have retained the Frenchman's services on Wednesday. Gasly, who became Formula 1's newest race-winner at the Italian Grand Prix, previously raced for Red Bull for the first 12 races of the 2019 season, but was replaced with Alexander Albon due to poor performance. However it was speculated the Frenchman could make a return next season given Albon's own struggles in the seat, although evidently this will not be the case. Report in progress…
