Giovinazzi endured radio silence throughout "disaster" race in Portugal

Antonio Giovinazzi has revealed he was without radio communication with Alfa Romeo throughout the entire Portuguese Grand Prix. Around a difficult track such as the Algarve International Circuit in Portimão, Giovinazzi's struggles were intensified due to him being unable to speak with the team.
