Norris: Stroll doesn’t seem to learn from anything he does

McLaren’s Lando Norris has hit out at Lance Stroll following their coming together at the Portuguese Grand Prix, insisting the Canadian doesn’t learn from previous incidents. While battling for position on lap 18, Stroll attempted to overtake Norris around the outside of Turn 1, which resulted in contact and damage for both cars. Stroll received a five-second time penalty and two penalty points for the incident, while both drivers were dropped to the back of the grid after being forced into pit stops.
