Second Red flag! Verstappen and Stroll clash during FP2!

Shortly after the red flag caused by the flames from the Honda power source in Pierre Gasly's Alphatauri, the red flag is out again and this time Max Verstappen is involved. He tries to overtake Lance Stroll in turn 1 and it goes wrong.
