Stewart: ‘I'd love to see Vettel retire'

Three-time World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart says he would 'love' to see Sebastian Vettel retire and follow a similar post-F1 career path to himself. As a four-time World Champion with 53 race wins to his name, Vettel has cemented himself in the history books as one of Formula 1's greatest. However, Ferrari's SF1000 of 2020 is a far cry from the heights which the Scuderia want to reach, and neither Vettel or Charles Leclerc have any chance of getting near the Mercedes at the front of the pack. 'Ferrari is one of the greatest brands that has ever lived,' Stewart told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
