Marko: Mick will join Kimi at Alfa Romeo next year
Several German news outlets are reporting that Kimi Raikkonen will remain in Formula 1 next year with Alfa Romeo, the 40-year-old set to be joined in the team by Ferrari-backed 20-year-old Mick Schumacher, son of Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher. Reports quoting Red Bull consultant Helmut Marko on the subject have emerged in the wake of the Eifel Grand Prix weekend, where young Schumacher was expected to make his FP1debut with the Swiss team but weather scuppered those plans for now.
