Ferrari optimistic of improvement at power limited Nürburgring

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto is optimistic of an improved performance from his team at the Nürburgring because it is "not the most power-sensitive circuit". In what can only be described as a dreadful campaign, the fall of Ferrari was highlighted by the mere fact the team regarded Charles Leclerc's sixth place finish at the Russian Grand Prix as a good result.
