P3: Hamilton leads Ocon, Norris; Vettel 20th

Lewis Hamilton topped his first session of the Belgian GP weekend in Practice Three, which provided more Spa surprises with Esteban Ocon and Lando Norris leading the chasing pack in mixed conditions. Stop-start rain the iconic Ardenne forest meant flying laps were few and far between during the hour-long final practice - but it was Hamilton who moved ahead in a frantic finish to the session with every driver out on track.
