Horner applauds abolishing qualification mode: "It's sensible for F1"

Red Bull Racing team boss Christian Horner welcomes the plan to ban qualifying mode. From the Belgian Grand Prix onwards, qualifying mode will be banned and teams will have to drive with the same engine mode in qualifying and the race.
