'Ferrari tends to make short term decisions'

Technical director of Mercedes James Allison thinks he knows why Ferrari's team leadership is wrong. Things have been difficult at the Scuderia since the start of this season. Allison himself has a past at Ferrari. Time for renewal Allison thinks Ferrari's management style may be outdated. The team also has to meet high external expectations due to its great history. "Internally, this is most clearly expressed by top-down management. This is probably much more pronounced at Ferrari than at other teams", said Allison at the FIA press conference for the Hungarian Grand Prix according to Motorsport-Total.com.
