Are Red Bull, Verstappen the real deal in 2020?

Red Bull seems gung-ho confident as the season is about to start with two races on its home track, followed by another in Hungary - both venues in recent years very happy hunting grounds for the team. But it's not only about the venues: Red Bull headed to Melbourne in March in a similarly feisty frame of mind after testing.
