Renault to hold two-day test in Austria

Renault is to return to Formula 1 action next week after arranging a two-day test at the Red Bull Ring for Daniel Ricciardo and Esteban Ocon. Formula 1 teams have gradually returned to work in the wake of a mandatory 63-day shutdown period due to the coronavirus pandemic. The season-opening grand prix has been arranged for July 3-5 at the Austrian venue, and Renault will take to the track with its 2018 car, as permitted under Formula 1’s regulations. Ocon will pilot the R.S.18 on Tuesday before Ricciardo gets behind the wheel on Wednesday.
