Brawn: 'Serious people' looking to invest in Williams

Formula 1 managing director motorsports Ross Brawn has said the introduction of a budget cap to the sport may have saved the Williams team. Williams are currently seeking outside investment after the loss of title sponsor ROKiT and subsidiary ROK Drinks.
