British-based teams launch 'Project Pitlane'

Seven British-based Formula 1 teams have combined to create 'Project Pitlane' in the ongoing global struggle to tackle the coronavirus. The initiative will see the teams join forces to design and manufacture prototypes for much-needed ventilators that will be used to help those suffering from the contagion. Article continues under video Red Bull, Racing Point, Haas, Mercedes, McLaren, Renault and Williams have all answered the call of the UK government for assistance in the development and manufacture of ventilators.
