On This Day - Alain Prost wins his first Brazilian Grand Prix
Alain Prost has enjoyed more success than any other driver in the history of the Brazilian Grand Prix, taking six wins, but his first came with Renault in 1982 after Nelson Piquet was disqualified for running in an underweight Brabham. Prost was at the top of his game at the Jacarepaguá Circuit on the weekend of March 20-21 in 1982.
