Carey: We don't need teams' approval to revise 2020 calendar

Formula 1 does not need the approval of its teams to push through a revised 2020 calendar, says F1 CEO Chase Carey. Detailing the steps the sport's decision makers are taking in his own statement accompanying the one released by the FIA on Thursday, Carey noted that while he will consult with the teams to come-up with an adjusted calendar for the 2020 F1 season, he does not need their formal approval.
