2019/20 one long campaign for Williams

Williams deputy team principal Claire Williams says the team are treating 2019 and 2020 as one long campaign to prepare for 2021. F1 will undergo a total makeover in time for the 2021 season, with new sporting, technical and financial regulations set to be introduced, as well as a $175million-per-season budget cap. It was a dreadful 2019 for Williams who propped up the Constructors' standings with just a single point, and with the regulations remaining stable for next year, the team are treating both seasons like two rolled into one.
