Ricciardo truly believes in post-race message to Renault

Daniel Ricciardo has explained his post-race radio message to the Renault team following the season finale in Abu Dhabi. 2019 represented a backward step for Renault, who failed to defend their ‘best of the rest' crown in the Constructors' Championship and lost it to their customer team in McLaren. After the chequered flag waved for the final time in 2019 at the Yas Marina circuit, Riccardo sent some words of encouragement back to the team. 'Thank you, guys. I really mean it but we will get better next year, a lot better, I really think we will,' Ricciardo initially said on team radio. 'So let's get it.'
