Renault: No customers in 2021 means less distraction

Renault boss Cyril Abiteboul says their lack of customer teams for 2021 means they can focus exclusively on themselves with no distraction. Renault won't be supplying any customer teams with power units for 2021, as it stands, after McLaren announced that they will re-ignite their partnership with Mercedes from that season onwards. While Honda supply two teams, Ferrari three teams and Mercedes now powering four teams, Renault's engines will only be in the back of their own factory team cars and team boss Cyril Abiteboul says that this will make a difference to how the team tackle 2021 in terms of focus.
