Palmer praises British rookies: 'They've both been extremely quick'

Lando Norris and George Russell have put themselves in a good position to become the next flagbearer for British Formula 1 when Lewis Hamilton departs. While Russell is the only driver on the grid not to score points in 2019, he's been showcasing his skills in a weak Williams car.  Norris has also demonstrated good pace in his McLaren and sits inside the top 10 in the Formula 1 world championship.
