Schumacher ’94: Netflix revisits legend’s epic first F1 title

Netflix is gearing up to transport viewers back to one of Formula 1’s most volatile eras with a new feature documentary retracing Michael Schumacher’s first world title. Titled Schumacher ’94, the film will debut globally in 2026 and zoom in on the year the German driver ignited a dynasty. Produced by LEONINE Documentaries and directed by Christin Freitag, the feature revisits the 1994 campaign – a year that remains etched in the memory of every racing fan.
