Bianchi taken to hospital after Suzuka crash

Marussia's Jules Bianchi has been transported to hospital after a serious crash in Sunday's 2014 Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix.Bianchi is understood to have collided with a recovery vehicle at Turn 7 which was removing the damaged Sauber car of Adrian Sutil, who was unhurt after an earlier accident.The Frenchman was quickly taken to hospital by ambulance. An update on his condition is expected shortly.More to follow.
