Pat Fry to join Renault on February 5th
Renault have confirmed that their new chassis technical director Pat Fry will join them formally on February 5th, having left McLaren. Renault have confirmed the start date for Pat Fry, who joins the Enstone team from McLaren after working there in 2019 in a consultancy capacity. Fry helped with overseeing the design of last year's MCL34 and joins Renault in place of the departed Nick Chester. Chester left Renault after almost two decades with the Enstone team through various iterations, having been responsible for the recent relatively successful R.S.18 and R.S.19 chassis.
