Leclerc: 'I need to be careful' with mistakes

Italian Grand Prix winner Charles Leclerc says that he knows he must be careful not to make so many mistakes as he almost lost the win on Sunday at Monza. Leclerc led from pole position and survived huge pressure from Lewis Hamilton and then Valtteri Bottas, but it wasn't the perfect drive, as he made a few mistakes to give the Mercedes drivers a few opportunities. Most notably, he locked up at turn one and went over the run off, only just staying in front of Hamilton to maintain the lead. After the race he said to Sky Sports' Martin Brundle: "I did a few mistakes. "But in the end I finished first. I need to be careful with the mistakes but none of them made me lose...
