Leclerc pulls clear in second Belgian GP practice

Charles Leclerc led Ferrari to a one-two finish in second practice for the Belgian Grand Prix at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on Friday afternoon, pulling six-tenths of a second clear of the field. After trailing Ferrari teammate Sebastian Vettel in FP1 at Spa, Leclerc managed to surge to the head of the field through second practice as he put in a fastest lap time of 1m44.123s. Leclerc's time saw him finish 0.630s clear of Vettel in second place as Ferrari stamped its authority on proceedings at Spa across the qualifying simulations, leaving Mercedes and Red Bull trailing behind.
