Honda power now better than Mercedes in some areas - Lewis Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton believes Honda has more power than Mercedes “in some places”, in the wake of Red Bull’s recent Formula 1 performances. Honda returned to Formula 1 in 2015 but spent several years battling a lack of performance and reliability during its fractious partnership with McLaren. Honda made gains through 2018 with Toro Rosso and this year linked up with Red Bull. Max Verstappen claimed victory in Austria and Germany and was on course to finish best-of-the-rest in Britain until he was hit by Sebastian Vettel.
