Williams delay testing start to Wednesday 'at the earliest'

Williams' preseason has been hampered by further delays to the delivery of their 2019 car, with their start date now pushed back to Wednesday. Already set back by the news that they would miss the first day of preseason testing, the Williams F1 team have confirmed that the earliest day that they will commence testing is Wednesday. The team had already cancelled their scheduled filming day due to delays with the delivery of their 2019 car, the FW42.
