Hamilton: Mercedes 2018 F1 car isn’t a diva
Lewis Hamilton says Mercedes has successfully removed the negative ‘diva’ traits of its previous Formula 1 car with its 2018 challenger the W09 as he prepares for the final day of pre-season testing. Last year Mercedes boss Toto Wolff described his team’s 2017 F1 car as a ‘diva’ with positive and negatives points which became evident as the German manufacturer’s performance and form fluctuated at the start of the season. Hamilton feels Mercedes has produced an impressive F1 car this year which has taken out the negative aspects from its predecessor and is relishing his final testing opportunity on Friday as pre-season testing concludes at Circuit de Catalunya. “I think...
