Tech Bite: Red Bull's updated British GP front-wing
The RB13’s steady evolution continued at Silverstone as Adrian Newey’s re-involvement in the team is beginning to show its influence. Red Bull were one of the first teams in the modern era of Formula 1 to look at how the mechanical and aerodynamic performance of the car can work cohesively, which is why we rarely see a huge visual upgrade for one particular race, or indeed an overall transformation of the car over the year – it is the summation of small incremental tweaks that inch the car’s pace forward race by race.
