Williams braced for slight financial dip
– Williams Group Chief Executive Officer Mike O'Driscoll says the operation is braced for its finances to take a hit during the next fiscal period, despite posting encouraging results for the first six months of 2016.Williams Grand Prix Holdings posted revenue of £80.0m in the opening six months of the year, compared to £63.1m for the same period 12 months ago.The Group's EBITDA (pre-tax profit) improved from a loss of £1.4m in 2015 to a profit of £7.8m in 2016, while the Formula 1 arm posted an EBITDA of £4.1m, compared to £1.6m for the same period in 2015.O'Driscoll commented that this increase was down to a "non-recurring sponsorship payment", with revenues for the...
