Vettel: Mercedes back to usual level

– Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel was left in no doubt that Mercedes is back to its usual level after qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix.Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton locked out the front row at Suzuka, with Vettel back in fourth fourth, behind Williams' Valtteri Bottas."It was a tricky session," said Vettel.
