A Tyre-ing debate – What happened with Pirelli and Vettel at Spa?

During the last few laps of the Belgian Grand Prix Sebastian Vettel, who was running in the final podium spot, found himself the victim of a rather nasty tyre explosion, but exactly who was to blame for this? Is it due to the driver or the tyre manufacturer that this happened? Well, we’re here to debate both sides and then throw it out to you guys to make the decision for yourselves!   Were Vettel and Ferrai to blame? The drivers and teams were warned that the race was probably going to have to be done on a 2 stop strategy, or even maybe a 3 stop depending on conditions.
