Canadian GP penalties explained

Various penalties have been handed out to several drivers so far this race weekend. Here's the rundown so far. The most penalised driver this weekend is Max Verstappen. The 17 year old was slapped with a 5 place grid penalty for being adjudged as at fault for the collision he had with Romain Grosjean on Lap 64 of the Monaco Grand Prix a fortnight ago. However, last Monday, Toro Rosso informed the FIA that Verstappen would also require a new engine for the race in Canada. With only 4 engines being permitted for the entirety of the season, the use of a 5th engine means that Max is also hit with a 10 place grid penalty added on; this is a total of a 15 place grid drop.
