Maximum effort yields maximum result for Raikkonen

Though overshadowed by the race-winning efforts of his team-mate Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen did his own bit to demonstrate Ferrari's step forward in pace by scything his way from last to fourth place in the Malaysian Grand Prix. A frustrating weekend for the Finn, who began the Sepang event as the closest rival to the Mercedes during free practice, Raikkonen would firstly lose out in a rain-hit qualifying when 'poor timing' left him out of Q2 in 11th place, before contact with Felipe Nasr on lap two left of the race him with a puncture.
