Rosberg: Safety Car ruined race

Mercedes AMG Petronas Nico Rosberg believes that the timing of the first Safety Car ruined his chances of victory at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Rosberg led away from pole in wet conditions before the Safety Car was deployed due to Marcus Ericsson's accident. Rosberg, along with several others, missed the pit entry and had to wait another lap, dropping down the order as a result. The German eventually recovered to fourth place, although he saw his lead over Lewis Hamilton trimmed to 11 points after his team-mate recovered to third place.
