Gastaldi: Maldonado deserves some luck
– Lotus Deputy Team Principal Federico Gastaldi has spoken out in support of Pastor Maldonado, arguing that the Venezuelan is due some "big-time luck" during the second half of the 2014 campaign.Maldonado, who has failed to score a point in his first nine Grands Prix with the team, endured a particularly miserable Silverstone weekend; after being excluded from qualifying for failing to provide the required amount of fuel for a sample, he was tipped into the air by Sauber's Esteban Gutiérrez in the race and ultimately retired.Heading to Hockenheim, the season's midway point, Gastaldi is hoping Maldonado's fortunes will change."If it balances out a little during a...
