Rosberg and Ricciardo escape red flag punishment

Nico Rosberg and Daniel Ricciardo have avoided punishment over incidents under red flags in FP1 for the British Grand Prix. Both drivers were under investigation for overtaking under red flag conditions in the opening session of the race weekend when all cars were returning to the pit lane after a crash for Felipe Massa. Ricciardo overtook Fernando Alonso while Rosberg passed Daniil Kvyat. Following an investigation, the stewards ruled that no further action was required.
