Kobayashi: No point risking damage

Caterham F1 Team Kamui Kobayashi says there was no reason for Caterham to run during the first part of second practice and risk damaging the CT05. Kobayashi was one of several drivers to remain in the garage due to heavy rain falling during the lunch break in Monte Carlo. The Japanese driver eventually emerged out onto the circuit for the final 10 minutes of the session, once it was possible for option tyres to be used.
