Mercedes reveal Monaco fears

Mercedes are wary that one of the biggest advantages they've had in Monaco in recent times will be negated this year because of the pace of their 2014 car. Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg qualified the fastest in 2012 and 2013 respectively, and while those performances should be a reason for optimism, Mercedes Motor Sport boss Toto Wolff believes the opposite might be true. During the last two seasons, Mercedes have often struggled with overheating tyres, although that often affected them positively in Monaco because they would be able to get the rubber into the perfect operating window during qualifying.
