Raikkonen bemoans ‘difficult day’

Kimi Raikkonen was left frustrated at lost track time as a technical problem prevented him running during FP1 for the Chinese Grand Prix. Having completed an installation lap, Raikkonen remained in the garage for the rest of the first practice session due to what the team only described as a technical problem. Although his afternoon went more smoothly, Raikkonen said he was having to play catch-up compared to team-mate Fernando Alonso. “It was a difficult day, that began with a technical problem in the morning session, which meant I only did an installation lap,” Raikkonen said. “Once that was sorted out, in the afternoon, we tried to make up for lost time, concentrating mainly on...
