Sauber 'satisfied' with Jerez test running
Sauber team principal Monisha Kaltenborn is 'satisfied' with the work completed at the first winter test in Jerez, revealing that the C33 was ready just in time.
The Swiss outfit managed 163 laps over the four-day event, with 2014 drivers Esteban Gutierrez and Adrian Sutil having two days each to sample the new Ferrari-powered car.
'We are satisfied with the first test,' Kaltenborn said. 'Our car was ready just in time. The fact that the C33 functioned from the first day on track is a remarkable achievement by the team. A big compliment to everyone involved.'
