Schumi stable but remains critical
The authorities outside the Grenoble hospital where Michael Schumacher remains in a stable, yet critical condition, have requested the media to respect the privacy of his family.
After sustaining severe head injuries during a skiing accident in the French Alps, the seven-time World Champion was admitted to the Grenoble University, where he has been in a medically induced coma for the last eight days.
While no new information about the 45-year-old German's condition was made available over the weekend, his manager Sabine Kehm was forced to address the media after former F1 driver Philippe Strieff reportedly claimed that Schumacher's life wasn't in danger any more.
