Maldonado 'waiting' on Lotus
Pastor Maldonado looks set to move to Lotus next season, revealing that he is just "waiting for confirmation" from the team.
Last week it was announced that the Venezuelan driver would be leaving Williams after three difficult years with the Grove-based outfit.
Taking his millions in PDVSA backing with him, the 28-year-old is being tipped to move to Lotus where he will team up with Romain Grosjean.
For now, however, Maldonado has yet to put pen to paper although he reckons that is just a formality.
"I have the idea very clear and I took the decision already. We are expecting to sign the contracts," he told Sky Sports F1.
