Vettel moves ahead in second practice

"true">Sebastian Vettel returned to the top of the timesheets during second practice for the United States Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver posted a 1:37.305 on the Medium tyre to lead team-mate Mark Webber by just over one tenth of a second, with Mercedes duo Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton occupying third and fourth. In a pleasant contrast to the opening session, the drivers enjoyed all 90 minutes of scheduled action this afternoon. During the Hard tyre runs, Vettel quickly asserted his authority, eclipsing the pace-setting time posted by Ferrari's Fernando Alonso in FP1.
