Perez: 'McLaren lacked organisation and humility'
Sergio Perez has reacted to the news that he is likely to lose his seat at McLaren by criticising the way the team has been run during a difficult season. Perez only joined at the start of the current season and the expectation surrounding him led many to believe he would be capable of some great things. However McLaren couldn't deliver a car for him to show that talent, even 17 races in and McLaren are still struggling to score points consistently. Perez blames the way in which the team's management handled the earlier races in which they failed to come to terms with the lack of competitiveness.
