Alonso proud despite missed titles

Fernando Alonso insists that he can still win a third F1 title and says the form he has shown in recent seasons has been some of the best of his career.The Spaniard won back-to-back titles with Renault in 2005 and 2006 and has since gone on to finish second in the standings in two of the last three seasons, while he also lies in second place this time around with four races still to go.While Sebastian Vettel has again been the man to beat this season as he moves towards a fourth straight title, Alonso said he felt time was still on his side to beat the German to be crowned champion again."Obviously I'd like to win and I'm 32 so it's not the last year of my career,” he said. “I'm...
