New tyres of 'primary focus' for Maldonado

Williams driver Pastor Maldonado says getting on top of Pirelli's overhauled tyres, featuring the construction raced throughout the 2012 campaign mixed with 2013 compounds, will be of primary focus when the Hungarian Grand Prix gets underway. During the recent Young Driver Test at Silverstone, attending race drivers were able to complete their first miles on the new rubber, which has been introduced by the Italian manufacturer in response to the tyre blow-outs suffered during the British Grand Prix. But although the Venezuelan gained a general understanding from his time behind the wheel, he does not expect definitive answers until Friday practice in Hungary. Pastor Maldonado"There...
