How did Newey assess Aston Martin’s difficult 2026 start?
Aston Martin team principal and technical chief Adrian Newey has admitted that the Silverstone-based squad has been forced into a major rebuilding process during the early stages of the 2026 Formula 1 season, but believes the team is now making “very strong steps” after using its difficult start as an opportunity to overhaul its technical structure and working methods.
