Russell rues anti-stall drama after recovery drive at Hungarian Grand Prix

George Russell admitted a disastrous start ruined any chance of fighting for a podium at the Hungarian Grand Prix after an anti-stall issue dropped him to the back of the field. The Mercedes driver lined up with hopes of challenging near the front but immediately lost ground when his car triggered anti-stall as the lights went out. The problem relegated Russell to 18th place, leaving him with a mountain to climb around a Hungaroring circuit renowned for its lack of overtaking opportunities.
