F1: Hadjar keeps podium finish

Isack Hadjar retains third place as Monaco stewards opt to take no further action over an alleged red flag infringement. During the suspension of the race, Red Bull mechanics were working on the Frenchman's car, other than as permitted under the regulations. The stewards heard from team representatives and the FIA Technical Delegate, in addition to reviewing photo evidence. The team was reported as attempting to change spark plugs/coils but did not proceed with the change and the car started in the same condition as it arrived in the pits, therefore no further action was taken. As a result, Hadjar retains his third place.
